What we store

Your account is handled by Clerk, our sign-in provider, which holds your email address and sign-in details. We store your game: your username, stations, units, incidents, funds and progress, along with a copy of your email address. The username you choose is shown to other players on the leaderboard. Your email address is never shown to other players and never sold.

Update emails

We only email you news and updates about Crisis Command if you ask us to, either when the game offers or under Profile in the game menu. We record when you signed up and the wording you agreed to. You can stop at any time by unticking the box under Profile, and any reward you were given for signing up is yours to keep. We do not use your email address for anything else.

Analytics

If you allow it, we use Google Analytics to understand how the game is played: which pages are visited and in-game actions such as building a station, sending a unit or finishing an incident. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. We do not send it your email address or username. Nothing is loaded or sent unless you opt in, and you can change your choice here at any time.

Deleting your data

Reset game in the menu erases your city and its history. To have your account removed entirely, ask in the Discord.
